Terms of Service

In this agreement, "Wildbridge" is the Game and everyone who makes it. "The Game" is our strategy game, which has two parts: (a) the game server, or "Server", which Wildbridge or its partners host and run; (b) the game client, or "Client", that you run on your device.

1. Grant of a Limited License

By agreeing to these Terms, you get a license to play Wildbridge. That said, you can't: (a) use the Game for money or anything besides personal fun; (b) use cheats, hacks, exploits, unapproved third-party tools, or any mods on the Game; (c) create unauthorized ways to play, like private servers or custom matchmaking setups; (d) mess with the Game in any way — whether that's the Servers, Clients, or how other players experience it; (e) break any laws or rules while you're using the Game.

2. Eligibility

You're confirming you can legally agree to this in your country, or you're a parent or guardian signing on behalf of a minor.

3. Ownership

Everything in Wildbridge — accounts, code, binaries, text, images, 3D models, artwork, data, sounds, music — belongs to Wildbridge or its partners. All of it.

4. User Accounts

Wildbridge can suspend, delete, or change your account whenever it wants, for whatever reason, with no warning.

5. Indemnity

Wildbridge isn't responsible for anything that goes wrong — losses, damage, injury, costs, whatever. That covers lost characters, virtual items, accounts, progress, data, or even device issues. Same goes for outages. Server crashes, connection failures, access errors, bugs, bad performance, lag — none of that is Wildbridge's problem. You're agreeing to cover Wildbridge for anything that comes from the way you use the Game, including losses, claims, liability, damage, or expenses.

6. Termination

Wildbridge can end this agreement whenever it decides to, for any reason, without telling you first.

7. Changes to this Agreement or the Game

Wildbridge can change these Terms or what's in the Game anytime, whenever it feels like it.
